$1 is refunded to you each week you have lost ANY amount of weight. Consider it a refundable deposit on your health. It also ensures steady, healthy and sustainable loss and celebrates even ¼ pound losses.

Your other $10 entry fee goes towards a grand prize pool, plus any “unrefunded” weekly dollars.

The Details:
Discreet, weekly weigh-in, in open marketing cube (or remotely if off site). Weigh in on Wednesdays by noon. No numbers ever shared.

The Accountability:
Weigh-in privately, but you have to report “thumbs up” or “thumbs down”. If you lost, you’re dollar will be refunded. Nothing like guilt to keep people honest!
